During the study tour, international students had direct exchanges with leading Chinese enterprises, gaining insights into the interplay between corporate operations and national culture. They examined artifacts testifying to China's ancient civilization, appreciated the essence of traditional Chinese opera, and observed development opportunities in China's new rural construction initiatives. All participants unanimously agreed they gained tremendously from this immersive social practice experience.
Beijing Foreign Studies University launched the Master's Program in "International Chinese Studies" in 2015, designed to cultivate globally competent, interdisciplinary talents with comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Chinese culture. The program aims to develop these high-caliber international professionals into cultural ambassadors who can serve as bridges connecting China with the rest of the world.
